….courts should have been accepted. and btw I think the whole of the UK has these courts, so the narrow English in the allegedly correct answer is inaccurate.
Pratchett reference in the UK is obscure too. you would think he was one of the great classic writers the way references from his fantasy books keep coming up in the grids.
