Big fan of your grids, but this should be set at fiendish, 2 groups are a bit niche for general consumption, not knocking the quality, which was as ever superb....just give us mere mortals a chance eh!

Thanks for your kind words, Peekay, and I shall endeavour to set some less specialised or niche puzzles. I usually set the difficulty level at medium just so that it is in the middle as I have no idea how challenging solvers will find it.

Oh i think the onus is on me to improve....don't dumb down on my account, its a learning curve, but i'd rather struggle and get one line on a toughie than sit and bang 10 mediums out with little thought. Just noting the difficulty level on this one was a little off

I think it is important to try to set puzzles at various levels so that those who are newer to these challenges can enjoy success. Trouble is, what I think might be tough may turn out not to be and what I think to be less difficult can cause problems! What is positive is that we all learn new knowledge from the puzzles on this site, and of course that is never going to cease.
