Great idea...4/10 for me. Possibly a little more accessible if the content had been less obscure (countries especially). That said, very enjoyable if a little frustrating :-) Liked the clue in the name.

Yeah, I should have taken this down a notch somewhere. Trouble was, you can't unsee PL and BNN... Some grids just end up bordering fiendish.

Took me several goes (ie more that 3 minutes) but got it in the end. Liked how many red herrings there were and that, bizarrely, they unlocked it for me - false Beatles group got me thinking in the right direction because of JHN and PL, and likewise PPL and BNN helped me look out for the non-herring members of the group.

Missing vowels just seems a bit lazy
