I usually don't like grids like this but this was alright. Scored 5/10 after inexplicably giving the answers for the W and V groups the wrong way round, so perhaps a moral 7/10. Cheers.

-ge also works for -cid answers

V, C, P, B could be linked so many ways (e.g. add -an to make new words)

Same goes for Y, W, F, H (e.g. Capital letters consisting of straight lines only)
