Loved it great crossovers

vg crossovers, budget line needed adjusting: mixing noun, verb, and 2 adjectives is a bit messy. But nice grid

Hmm. Nice variety In the groups but a couple were a bit loose (e.g. thrifty is an adjective: save is not). The crossovers were solid but I thought the grid as a whole needed a bit more camouflage: too many of the clues could only really be one thing. But thanks for setting it :=)

Although they are all racecourses in that group. Aintree is strictly for horses, Goodwood you can argue horse and motorsport. Oulton and Silverstone motorsport. I wouldnt really call them racecourses but race tracks and they dont really connect IMO

Save is a verb which doesn't fit the group. Crossovers good.
