Not bad, very focused on one topic but I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing. The input/output distinction seems a very precise one though, certainly caught me out.

Just fine for a very easy puzzle, but there's not a ton of interest except for the input/output distinction. Going for some more variety in your OS examples, or simply omitting the "Windows," would have helped a tad because they are super-obvious as presented. "Excel" is misspelled which is a nitpick but that can really be important in these grids.
