Take your point re Nicole, Lebamski. Still learning how to put these together. Ideally she'd have been the name of a companion, and someone with one of the companions' names would have had a fling with McCartney. Then it would all have clicked.

Features and places? I don't think Victoria would be swallowing that as an answer :)
