A stiff challenge indeed (for me at least), but enjoyable and fair (no groans at the end). I could see two, but got neither out (just the links after the reveal).

really hard even after the reveal, I was trying to find units; if things are really well hidden like this, then also adding red herrings takes it from hard to fiendish. Extremely clever grid but very difficult
