I'm disappointed you think there are not enough crossovers, but fair enough, I suppose if you get the Bowl group first then it does indeed look to be that way, because that's the Glue (get it?) that holds the rest of the grid together - the entirety of that line potentially fits elsewhere.

A splendid grid. I can see it would be a doddle if you got the Bowl group first, but I always think that that type of group is the hardest to spot and red herrings for that group tend not to be so crucial.

Exactly my logic too - when I make grids, they tend to end up being in groups of 5/5/5/4 or 6/5/5/4, so I'm glad you see the '4' as being the tough one - that is deliberate most of the time.

Too often when I make them I get 3 good groups and then think, “How the frick can I link those with those?” and the answer that emerges is some spurious word game.
