All the words in the third row can also be preceded by "On the", so a bit cruel to not allow it and a bit of an ambiguous group...

Very satisfying grid to complete! I've never had a grid go that well for me before. I can see there are some good overlaps and red herrings, but I managed to fortuitously click the correct options first time. Completed the board with 2:38 still remaining, and scored the bonus!
