Red herrings need to be written in parallel. Brown Bread has the word bread in it already, so it doesn't work as a red herring for the bread group, and Apples is plural, unlike all the other fruits, so it doesn't work as a red herring there. Also, maybe this is a British v. American dialect thing, but I've never heard of "tortilla bread." It's just called a tortilla.
