Head group (school leader is a head, head in a certain direction, Freddie Head is a famous horse trainer, Alan Shearer - footballer well known for scoring with his head)

Torn group - Rip Torn is an actor, Torn Curtain is a film, Ripped synonymos with torn, Hill (AKA Tor) with N (n represents a number) so again more cryptic.
