As easy as 12 secs but weirdly a lot of fun- would be nice to have a few more like this for "speed rounds", I'd really enjoy that. Good style :)

Nick, I fully understand how it works - that's why I tried something different and made it easy.
Lorna, it was some of your grids that gave me the idea to step outside the "normal" box. (Although I concede that this type of grid is too easy!)

Ah, thanks Gridlington! be prepared to get backlash for being different- but we can enjoy setting and playing these- as well as those few people who can enjoy something a bit novel. Really looking forward to your next one of these, it's a great format! :)
