Please note the difference between Head of State and Head of Government. In some countries (eg the USA) these are combined into one office (thought not to be a good idea by many political theorists), but in most countries these are different offices (eg India, Germany, UK and Israel). In Germany the head of government is the Chancellor, and the head of state is the President.

RT: Jahn, sorry hear in the US we tend to use the terms interchangeable but I noticed that world leaders should have also been accepted so if you put that in please give yourself the point.
