first time submitting - constructive criticism welcome

I don’t know anything about the rosette group but generally you look light on cross-overs, and heavy on word based links. It may be me being thick but I can’t see any red herrings, and I think if you’re going to have a word group, just one is probably best.
That said, people on here like all types of grid. That’s just my tuppence worth :-)
