I've never heard of a West Island, though as sure as I sit here, Wikipedia confirms it. TGIF - The Game is Flawed. 'Islands' never even crossed my mind. I do think that 'states' is a better known answer, but I can't deny you the point on this one.

If you had me stood up at the podium and asked me where West Island was, I don't know that I could have pulled it off. But I had thought I had come across it somewhere, and with Rhode and North and South "obviously" being islands....
