Fun grid-something a bit different from others which I enjoyed

@Chester - if that's your first go at one of these, its pretty good. The real skill is in making the two 'outer' words form a well known phrase. White....Chocolate, for example, works perfectly. If you can do that for all 16 and keep a theme, then you can become as exalted as Ducky and Jmelb.
