Excellent - really liked this one!

Loved your other recent grid but don't think this one entirely works. Cast isn't a synonym for "to glance at something" (you can cast a glance - or cast an eye over something - but you can't say "I cast the book" to mean "I glanced at the book"). Same with the voting definition - you can cast a vote but cast on its own doesn't mean "the action of voting". And various others are kind of dodgy eg a spring isn't a freshwater lake.
