Sadly, I have to concur with the low rating. There’s too much niche knowledge for a lot of this (Gravity Falls is great but it’s not so mainstream as to expect it as a viable category) and two other categories mix your terminology about. Yes, Sofia is a capital city and investment expenditure is ‘capital’ but its stretching the category beyond a reasonable level - and you do it twice. I think your puzzles would be better if played more straight.
