Yes the colours are just that or they could be snooker balls, or colours of Cluedo characters. I thought the arrow group is very contrived.

Fun grid, thanks, although I'd echo the comments below (and add that the Mars logo is the company name in red cursive letters edged in gold - what you mean is an astrological symbol).

I'd always put the 'lowest common denominator' for any group. Olympic rings, sure, but they're also just colours. I think that's the main reason why some people marked it down.
I really liked the 'zero' group :)
