tough request on titan, synonyms not accepted and a polite request, do not use all upper case thank you

@kpot, genuine and polite enquiry, what’s wrong with capitals? I don’t do it myself but don’t see any problem with it?

It is considered "shouting" in emails letters etc. Also they are not as easy to read e.g. think of road and motorway signs, lower case letters are used as the eye and brain find the shapes more recognisable. Other than that no problem

IT IS CONSIDERED "SHOUTING" IN E MAILS, LETTERS ETC. ALSO THEY ARE NOT AS EASY TO READ, E.G. THINK OF ROAD S\AND MOTORWAY SIGNS, LOWER SACE LETTERS ARE USED AS THE EYE AND BRAIN FIND THE SHAPES MORE RECOGNISABLE, Other than that no problem - polite reply, I hope this answer's your question
