Hmmh, I’m not happy about this but I’ll give it a go. I’d considered that rule but then wondered whether that means we are using various mathematical functions. Anyway, it’ll come out in the wash but this might be a scattergun example.

Okay, I need a clue so I know whether it’s worth me trying to work it out. Are we applying mathematical functions to get a total. I might have an idea, I’ll get back to you…..

As I said, it is a variation on Simon's. No maths knowledge required. Perhaps use my later one. It is better. It is as easy as 1,2,3 - a,b,c......

I mean even with the answers that makes no sense, and there is no connection between numbers, they make words in code. I dare say i could have created several other words.

Anthony - be my guest - using the same numbers and come up with four different ones would be impressive. This was off the cuff, I did better on my second one. BUT as Simon say's "if you [all] do not like it, I shall refrain

I did give this a go on paper St John as I’d already written it down. It’s definitely too hard without ordered letters though as there are too many possibilities to narrow down. At least you gave it a go. Some people don’t post at all.

Thanks Fam, the other better as I introduced a theme which pulled it together a bit more. Back to the drawing board eh?
