I believe it's constructive to make that criticism as the facility is there in grid construction to construct the groups within defined parameters. If the group is too wide (i.e could include arachnids, reptiles, birds, fish, amphibians or even extinct species, the fault most likely lies with the originator of the grid rather than any perceived failings of the software used to create it. A little more creative thought and precise definition would correct this problem.
