I just made these and they are AWESOME!!! The perfect way to insreace pumpkin seed intake Not a big fan of trail mix. I subbed carob for cocoa powder and it was deeeelicious! My 3 yr old son couldn't even wait til they were baked so he ate them raw. Tasted like fudge! Thank you so much for recipe. Definitely a keeper!
