Love the missing vowels concept and literature is underused on this site in my opinion so nice work. I'm going with Jesus here, even though these are famous authors and you've not introduced any extra spaces, given the time limit you might want to make some of the works a little less obscure.

Should've been fiendish! This was fun, but really really really difficult. I didn't know half these titles with the vowels put in, but removed, it was just about impossible.

Only Connect did something like this in their speed round. Like then, tore my hair out . . . but in a good way! Somehow.
