This would be more interesting if there was some explanation in the 'solutions' of how the items related to the links - whether they're the name of a work by the poet, a nickname of the poet, a first line or quotation from a famous work by the poet. If some of the clues are quotations, they need to be longer than a single word, because they're not really meaningful, identifiable or unique. It's just impossible to see what the grid is getting at really. I've read works by three of the four Roman poets who were the answers here, but nothing in the grid helped me towards anything more specific than 'latin poetry'.

Sorry, that last comment was meant for your other grid. This grid was better - the explanations made some sense. I'm not sure a grid based entirely on exactly knowledge of Latin grammar and precise use of the correct grammatical terms beyond 'noun', 'verb' and 'adjective' is particularly interesting though, especially when the difference between two groups was one being irregular nouns and another being nouns of a certain declension.
