I don't think captains/ pirates is a sound category - these are not the same thing so it is a mixed group. And Penguin is a biscuit, not a chocolate bar like the others

Either they're captains or they're pirates, but can't be both in one group, even though I got it. And Penguin is sold more as a biscuit than a chocolate bar, more Club than Kit-Kat. But I enjoyed it all the same.

Enjoyed this grid, nicely done. I don't see the issue with the pirates/captains - they were all both, so as long as either is deemed valid it seems fine to me (although some work on the answers may be needed, my 'captain' was not allowed). And suggesting that a penguin isn't a chocolate bar is being pedantic in the extreme - it's a bar covered in chocolate, what more do you want?

I like a nice easy one from time to time. Looks to me like some folk have been picky with their comments, and that's not justified.
