Nice effort, but needs some work. Missing/extra letters are all very well, but they work better if there is some connection between the resulting words. Oh, and it spelled "Tongue" by the way.

Thanks for your feedback @Ace, I have corrected the misspelling and changed the the words category to include a connection as you suggested. I hope this makes for a better grid.

It's not bad - couple of changes I'd suggest... 1. To accept something like 'phrase' for the Churchill speech as its much more commonly known as a phrase and would be a very obscure linking term to come up with Churchill speech.

The other is bluetongue (to my knowledge) is an obscure disease only found in animals and really only known in South Africa. Just a little too obscure for me. Happy to be corrected of course.

I'm a farmer, so Bluetongue is well know to me. But after a bit of feedback, I have changed the grid to include a term that is more common in everyday life.
