Really enjoyed this one.

Nice grid, I especially liked the unusual Winnie the Pooh set (which I only spotted after luckily resolving the grid on the basis of the other groups!)

The only minor flaw was having two synonym groups in the same grid, but that's just me being picky.

I agree, Leigh, I tried to avoid that, but struggled to do something different with initiate. I liked that it resulted in multiple red herrings for the precipitate group, just couldn't develop a theme on it.
