Eccentric doesn't fit in with the rest of the group. From the Collins dictionary website:
"If you say that someone is eccentric, you mean that they behave in a strange way, and have habits or opinions that are different from those of most people.
He is an eccentric character who likes wearing a beret and dark glasses.
Synonyms: odd, strange, bizarre, weird"

Clearly someone can be eccentric without being exuberant or ostentatious, and vice versa. Someone with a habit of wearing mismatched shoes, or talking in meows like a cat, might be called eccentric but not exuberant. The Taj Mahal or the Crown Jewels might be described as ostentatious or elaborate, but not eccentric (especially in the context of when they were made).
