There's one huge problem with this grid - a key ingredient in mojito is lime, it's probably more important than sugar. So you can only get this right by figuring out what to leave out. How these bad grids get grid of the day I dunno.

Arcadian - i think you have literally just defined what a red herring is, which is a key component of making the walls interesting. Apologies that this hasnt met your high standards

First, nice grid! Second, how disheartening it is to see so many dim-bulb "start my orange" complaints about how challenging the act of thinking is. I'm sure there are lots of things "you dunno", Arcadian. Maybe keep them to yourself.

Re the comments about the art of thinking - I solved the grid easily enough. Just seemed a bad category to have ingredients of a Mojito - it's not a category with a lot of possibilities. I've made them more than a few times! Just my 2 cents.
