The red row alone precludes this grid from being "of interest to a general audience." The green row is fun, but the rest is just arcane in the least interesting way.

Just a comment to the poster below. Please note that the color of the rows changes from time to time. Try playing the same grid twice and you realise that there is no such thing as a "red row" or "green row." So helpful hints to improvement has to specify which row you are talking about.

Honestly, props for believing that we might be able to solve this puzzle, but this is maybe a little too obscure.
