Re dark etc. Just about anything has somebody who is afraid of it.

Didn't accept "things people are afraid of". Otherwise, good grid, if on the easy side

Phobias are a bit unspecific - there are so many rather odd ones, like "Pachydermophobia" (Fear of elefants) or there's possibly even "tentphobia" (but that might not be a recognized phobia, but simply a specific case of claustrophobia). In any case - almost everything in the 'circus' group can bin switched with almost anything in the 'phobia' group.

I was scored incorrectly for description, because I used the word homonym, not 'different words for each other' which is not even the correct description.
