Holiday = holy day = feast days on the Christian calendar. St. Valentine's day and All Hallows eve qualify. You don't have to get a day of work for it to be a valid holiday. You don't have to celebrate it either. Quit whining, it's a good wall.

"Holiday" in the US doesn't only refer to days that are officially given off work. However the full name of the holiday is "Valentine's Day," not just Valentine's, so it doesn't quite fit the category.

Actually, the full name would be St. Valentine's Day, and either way, it absolutely fits. All of these count in US as holidays. This is an extremely easy grid- good to send to a beginner.
