Spoilers. The clues/links don't all work. For example, in the 'all contain meaty goods' group, of Frankfurt, Brussels, Hamburg, and Liverpool, only two contain meat HAMburg and LIVERpool, while three have meaty foods named after them, but require extra letters or a word to make the rest of the food Hamburger, Frankfurter, and Brussels Pate. It's not actually a group. If Chelsea had been in instead of Liverpool, that at least could have been an 'all have foods named after them' group.
