I liked trying but technically it is not a fair grid as there are other possible answers. Lots of them! It's like when someone puts two identical boxes only on a bigger scale!

Very nice. The groups are clear almost immediately and then it's a tricky thing to find the solution. The only problem I can see is that class could be swapped with person because of third class degrees at university. Still a really great grid

There are lots of answers that can be swapped: choice, class, hand, chance, sight, person, base, gear, dimension etc. Your final solution is not unique.
