Great grid. Didn't get any right but when I saw the answers, I thought "of course!"

Teaspoon and cup are not weights!

Jericho
Yes, they are. Both used in baking. A teaspoon is just over 4g and a cup is 200g.

I agree with Jericho......unlikely as that seems.

No cup and teaspoon are measures of VOLUME not weight.

Of course they're not weights. A teaspoon (5nl) of water weighs a lot more than a teaspoon of flour.
Does it spoil the grid? Naah, not really, just needs to change to 'American cooking measurements' or similar.

Yeah I agree with "measurements" as opposed to weight.
Also, I've been watching too much Simpsons as I went for lunch lady (Doris) as opposed to dinner lady!

Teaspoon and cup are NOT weights, they are VOLUMES. They have no single equivalent weights since weight is dependent on the density of the substance being measured.

We could get even more pedantic and say that grams, ounces and pounds aren't units of weight either - they are units of MASS. Weight is a FORCE.

I agree about "measurements" or "units" rather than weight. Also, please accept "vacation" for "holiday".
