For the actress where the spelling doesn't match, an alternative clue could be "Street bordering NOHO" or "Street in New York". (Different pronunciation, but same spelling as the city.) Or "Chronicle" (famous newspaper). Or "Sam" (the person the city is named after). Or "Largest city in Texas". Or any of the sport team names in that city (e.g. "Astros"). Just some suggestions!
