Very confused by this
Burgundy is not a city - it’s a historical region and type of wine
Bourgogne (note spelling) is not a wine it’s a region and the wine grown there is likely to be Burgundy
And as puddles says - Gentling? Really? (I’d expect that of an American but not a Canadian - I can only find it in American dictionaries ! Ouch!)
Would be a good grid with three changes !
