@Lucy - a Blue Pencil is what editors or authors used to use to make corrections or changes to a written piece of work in the days when manuscripts were written on paper

Good easy grid to start the day with multiple overlaps and as far as I can see only one truly valid solution (you could swap blood and tape - but only if you were being picky for the sake of it - blue tape does exist of course but is not a common expression )
