A 2-stager. Looks like a good grid to take offline and try without a time limit. Some of the references are perhaps too obscure.

Terry really loved the concept. But it does leave a bit to be desired.
1) would be nice to see the answers fully written out such as in the birds category.
2) some very tenuous links such as Diana Prince and Prince Charming - I assume this wasn't the beloved princess Diana, but maybe the not so beloved Diana Prince from the pornography channels.

Terry did however enjoy the grid and the concept, please do make another one of these one day, Terry would love to come back and rate 5 Star!

I second Terry Ratball's comment. The concept was there but most of the links were tenuous or far too obscure, if not non existent. (Never heard of a screw fix, but maybe I'm just not familiar with that phrase?) Do please make another, though! You're definitely on the right track!

Perfect grid. Accessible enough to work at, tricky enough to entertain for nearly 5 minutes. I thought all the connections were entirely justifiable. Nicely done.
