Smacking myself in the head for not remembering the Sesame Street gang. Those were the days!

They were. I was too old to have Children's Television Workshop in my childhood, but my son--then almost right out of infancy--and I would regularly watch Sesame Street and The Electric Company. With Electric Company, we often watched in the morning and then the same episode again in the late afternoon. He learned so much, and I enjoyed the humor and spirit...and caught the occasional 'adult' joke or reference. Very sly of the writers and producers to hook parents as well as kids. Sponsorship by numbers was a brilliant idea, as was the exercise on 'which of these things doesn't belong?' The latter was, in a way, a forerunner of PuzzGrid,. And there was much, much more.

Substitute was not accepted for the obvious group. You might want to add it.

I don't know why SUBSTITUTE wasn't accepted. It was coded to accept both SUBSTITUTE and SUBSTITUTION. And I just tried it before going in to add some additional code. It worked. Perhaps you misspelled the word as you entered it.

I guess it's possible that there was a typo. I clearly know how to spell it as evidenced by my post here.

I do know that about you. But if you were a horrendous speller, it wouldn't faze me.
