This I like. Interesting and different. Solvable through my own intelligence, and not because I know Pokemon characters or who won the 1942 Oscar for Best Costume Design. Well done.

Not bad! But I think the answers should explain some of the clues better: eg that *1600* Pennsylvania Ave is the address of the White House.
(And the population of an obscure town in NJ was clearly a poor filler!)
