You need to be slightly clearer with your meaning of the 'City Hall, London'.
If you're referring to is as a place of governance then the Greater London Authority are no longer in the building commonly known as 'The Beehive' near Tower Bridge.
The GLA completed the move to a new building in Kamal Chunchie Way, E16, in 2022. See London City Hall (Newham) and London City Hall (Southwark) on Wikipedia.

I'm not from London so easy mistake to make... in fact updating it makes the grid even better (if not more accurate of course!)... but actually... adding "Kamal Chunchie" makes the grid even more interesting.
