The connections here were tenuous at best. No idk has ever heard of the phrase “to one and all” the doctor who one was impossible even for a big fan. Open letter and open fire are not common phrases like the other two, there were many other groups that weren’t actual answers and taking a letter off for words for buying when there are so many of them and the letter could have been taken off from anywhere is nonsensical.
