Love the idea but I don't know if you can call a made up word a homophone since it doesn't have an official pronunciation. Who's to say "Baht" couldn't be pronounced "Bat"? Still a pretty fun quiz, very original. 7/10.

"Baht" isn't a made-up word. It's the currency of Thailand.
Having said that, the homophones rely not only on the non-rhotic (British) 'R' sound, but a very specific British accent. Not everyone would pronounce "Lisa" as "Leaser."
