There's Ariel Castro - the guy who kidnapped 3 girls and got a 1,000 year sentence. I think he qualifies here.

Hubby
Fidel Castro broke quite a number of international laws in his time, mostly regarding human rights. Got to admit that I didn't get the connection right but I did get the group! Great grid!!!
