A nice challenging and varied grid. Just one minor quibble: Technically, 'Meat Loaf' is regarded as a single stage name. "Loaf" is no more Meat Loaf's surname than "Gaga" or "Rida" are for Lady Gaga and Flo Rida.

Hmm, I did check that - and I'm not convinced you're right about Meat Loaf - wikipedia gives me: "A surname or family name is a name added to a given name. In many cases, a surname is a family name and many dictionaries define "surname" as a synonym of "family name". In the Western Hemisphere, it is commonly synonymous with last name because it is usually placed at the end of a person's given name there." - so it rather depends on the dictionary being used. The name is styled as two names - a first and last - and people refer to him casually as Meat. However, I believe his daughter uses 'Aday' - his birth name... so it really does come down to whether you accept one dictionary's 'family name' over another's 'last name'. If it would let me edit the answer, I'd change it to last name for clarity's sake.
And that is more time than I expected to spend today on Meat Loaf's names. Hooray!
