Play online connecting walls inspired by Only Connect. Thousands of grids, with more added every day.
Just too hard/too obscure for me.
The concept for me requires crossovers rather than just hard groups - I'd have liked to have seen 6 or 7 Vauxhall models for example.

Thanks for your feedback Mojopo. There are a lot of crossovers/red-herrings in there FYI, between all categories. One improvement I would like to the website is the ability to list them.
They are: Astra (Vauxhall/-phobia), Phoenix (City in Arizona/mythical bird), Wyvern (mythical bird/Vauxhall)

Agree - it's just a load of hard groups rather than anything intelligent. Might as well have thrown in a load of random words. Oh, hang on, you did that already.

Very poor grid - time fot the Tardis.

There is nothing wrong with this grid, very intelligent in fact. Looking at your username Joe91, you are probably a 19 year-old with very little general knowledge.
Try improving it.
A grid isn't bad because you can't do it. Fact.

Saying that Joe 91 is "probably a 19 year-old with very little general knowledge" is an asinine assumption. Fact.
Assumption.
Fact.
Asinine.

Agree - this grid is bad because... it's rubbish. There's a skill in writing a good grid and it's missing here. Better luck next time amigos.

Uummmm, yeah. Can you all just chillout?

Indeed. Lets stick to discussing the grid not the commenters/submitters. The easiest way to record simply not liking the grid is the quality rating. The easiest way to add that it's too hard is the difficulty rating. (I can *never* solve anything that is classified as Fiendish). Then you can use the comments for constructive criticism.

so why have comments? Ironioc I'm using a comment to post this though :-

Constructive criticism. And discussing individual answers and making corrections.

One of many grids where the setter has Encyclopaedia Britannica by his/her side. What happened to GENERAL knowledge??
